Repeat Prescriptions

You can call at the surgery and drop off your request slip in the letterbox, post it to the surgery, on the NHS Wales App or make arrangements with your local chemist.

Any problems ordering your repeat prescription, then please contact your chosen Chemist who will liaise with the surgery.

Please allow 72 hours for the prescription to arrive at your chosen Chemist.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to talk to a Doctor, Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Practice Nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
